Revival of Irwin Shaw's 1936 anti-war drama. Includes a newly-written prologue and epilogue entitled A Town Hall Meeting, written by Joe Calarco. Actors in the prologue enact characters in Shaw's play, with no clear indication of where Calarco's writing ends and where Shaw's begins. Similar merging applies to the epilogue.
